DESCRIPTION:You’ve heard of singing in the rain—but we think what happens after the rain stops is worth chasing! \nJoin us on Sunday\, October 18\, 2026\, at Indian Riffle Park in Kettering\, Ohio\, for a morning of family-friendly fun\, fresh air\, and learning about the water that connects us all. Check-in begins at 8:00 a.m.\, with a whistle start at 8:30 a.m. \nThis year\, we are excited to combine our annual Walk for Water\, traditionally held along Little Miami Scenic Trail\, with a new opportunity to explore the important connection between stormwater and healthy waterways. Run\, walk\, skip\, or crab-walk the course\, with signs along the route sharing the exciting world of stormwater and its impact on the watershed’s waterways. \nAnd don’t worry about a little rain—this event is rain or shine (because what better way to learn about stormwater than to see it in action?). \nAfter your jaunt in the park\, stick around to celebrate! Friends and partner organizations of the Little Miami Watershed Network will be on hand to help make the morning even more fun while sharing ways we can all help protect and improve our local waterways. \nRegistration is required for each participant on the course. Online registration closes 10/15/26 at midnight. Walk-up registrations are welcome.
