About LMWN
More than any other activity, people come to the Little Miami River to hike, walk, paddle, fish, and ride—simply to be near her and experience the beauty of the watershed.
People love the river just as she is.
Now more than ever, the river needs a voice. She needs advocates to look out for her, to stand up for her, and to protect her—so she can continue to stand beside us for generations to come.
The Little Miami Watershed Network exists to speak for the river and safeguard her future.

Since 2010, we have removed more than 34,000 pounds of trash and over 1,200 tires from the river. We work year-round to keep the watershed clean and resilient, to tell her story, and to amplify her voice—welcoming the community while protecting the Little Miami River for years to come.
