IF WE WANT MORE FATHER TIME ON OUR SIDE, WE NEED MORE MOTHER NATURE
Can a walk in the woods change your life? Science sure thinks so, and so do the 60 million Americans who like to hike. David Henthorne, author of Wellness in the Woods: Hiking for Health, Healing & Happiness, will share the many ways hiking can benefit us body, mind & soul. Discover how the restorative powers of nature can revitalize our physical well-being, boost our immune system, reduce stress, improve mental health, and unleash creative thinking. We’ll also explore the importance of eco-friendly hiking and protecting natural areas, and the wonders of Ohio’s 76 state parks.
David Henthorne is an award-winning creative director, writer, and Certified Tourism Ambassador.
